This was such a positive experience since I was having very little response from a previous rheumatologist. I decided to go for a second opinion and it was the best thing. Dr Nisar listened carefully and answered all the questions and gave me an idea of what would be a good pathway to follow for the future. He had such a nice manner and good communication skills. He gave me confidence that I could move on and that lifted my spirits.

Dr Nisar was very knowledgeable therefore no unnecessary costly testing was needed. He listened thoroughly to my concerns and was reassuring. He wrote my letter to my GP in a very timely manner and therefore I was able to start the medications quickly through the NHS. I was worried that going private was going to be very costly but Dr Nisar ensured the costs stayed at a minimum. I really appreciate the help I received as the NHS had rejected my referral and I felt at a loss. The service has been invaluable and I would 100% do it again
